Let me get back to you.&lt;br /&gt;Got the similarity spotted?&lt;br /&gt;These are all typical responses that most people get when asking partners and affiliates to promote their offers.&lt;br /&gt;Chances are you’ve gotten answers much like these, right?&lt;br /&gt;Don’t despair... there are ways around the barriers of reluctance and passiveness.&lt;br /&gt;Let me share some simple ideas for getting affiliates to take action on your promotions quickly. I use the acronym “N.O.W.” to describe three ways to get others to promote you now...&lt;br /&gt;N - News&lt;br /&gt;In journalism, no one wants to be “scooped” when it comes to newsworthy items. Sharing some big story that another network or publication broke days ago is a big “no-no”. You always want to be first when it comes to getting the word out.&lt;br /&gt;That same philosophy applies to what I’ve labeled “The Principle of First”. The idea is simple: being “first to market” aids in responses. Those who let their contacts know about your news promptly will generate the greatest results. If they wait, someone else will break the news.&lt;br /&gt;So, to apply this principle, you simply need to create some newsworthy buzz that your &lt;a href="http://infoprofitshare.com/go.php?offer=Ebizman87&amp;pid=20"&gt;affiliates&lt;/a&gt; and partners can’t pass up on sharing with their network of influence.&lt;br /&gt;**CASE STUDY**&lt;br /&gt;Several months ago I decided that I was going to remove the archives from one of my membership sites. This announcement served as a strong motivator to get my affiliates to promote my site promptly before someone else did. The result was almost 500 new members paying monthly fees!&lt;br /&gt;If you make dramatic changes to your offer, or create some other kind of “story” or “news” that warrants discussion promptly, you’ll find you can get many fence-setters active in promoting you.&lt;br /&gt;O - Occasions&lt;br /&gt;Another great way to motivate affiliates to get active is to use “occasions” that have a real deadline involved.&lt;br /&gt;Some examples include –&lt;br /&gt;* Product launches&lt;br /&gt;* Firesales&lt;br /&gt;* Live events (teleseminars, workshops, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;* Contests&lt;br /&gt;* Special offers&lt;br /&gt;* Limited quantities&lt;br /&gt;This is what might be referred to as “The Principle Of Force”. That is, you MUST promote the offer now or miss out simply because the offer will no longer be valid. You “force” participation.&lt;br /&gt;For example: If you have a 3-day “firesale” set for a specific date, then anyone interested in earning&lt;br /&gt;commissions for referring customers to the “firesale” would be “forced” to promote it during your pre-determined timeframe or they’d miss out because the event will end.&lt;br /&gt;My recommendation is that you schedule some kind of “occasion” every quarter. That should give you four significant spikes in your revenue each year, which can be a tremendous boost to your bottom line.&lt;br /&gt;W – Wants&lt;br /&gt;What do your partners and &lt;a href="http://infoprofitshare.com/go.php?offer=Ebizman87&amp;pid=20"&gt;affiliates&lt;/a&gt; want? Seriously, stop and think about that for a moment. In fact, go one step further than that and ASK them a simple question...&lt;br /&gt;“What would it take for you to promote this offer this week?”&lt;br /&gt;Make it happen.&lt;br /&gt;I want you to remember the intangibles here: the sales of your initial offer aren’t really all that important.&lt;br /&gt;(Don’t freak out, hear what I have to say :-) It’s building a lead list, an affiliate list and a customer list&lt;br /&gt;along with ADDITIONAL offers over time that makes the real money.&lt;br /&gt;Consider this –&lt;br /&gt;Option A:&lt;br /&gt;Miss Ima Guru ignores your request to promote your offer as it currently stands.&lt;br /&gt;Option B:&lt;br /&gt;Miss Ima Guru accepts your modified offer which includes giving her 100% of the revenue she generates. You make nothing off her promotion...but in the process of her promotion she adds 500 new subscribers to your list, 75 new affiliates and 60 new customers.&lt;br /&gt;Which would you rather have?&lt;br /&gt;Whatever it takes to get people to promote your offer now, make it happen.&lt;br /&gt;*** NOTE ***&lt;br /&gt;Now, let me make a simple suggestion here: The deal you make should be directly proportional to the potential results the partner represents.&lt;br /&gt;Some affiliates and partners bring more to the table and should be offered more in order to get them to participate.&lt;br /&gt;That being said, you can get virtually any affiliate to promote you now if you make it worth their while. So, ask them, “what will it take?”&lt;br /&gt;This is what I call “The Principle Of Fear”. I watch marketers and how they work.  &lt;br /&gt;I look at how people respond to marketing.  And I've &lt;br /&gt;discovered something interesting over the years that I &lt;br /&gt;want to share with you as it relates to building your &lt;br /&gt;internet business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hot topics and trends come along regularly.  There's always &lt;br /&gt;a new "in" thing making an appearance on the radar screen.  &lt;br /&gt;And whenever there's a new rage, there will be marketers &lt;br /&gt;who jump on the bandwagon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That can pay off big for YOU if you're smart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me explain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What happens when a new trend or technique or tool surfaces?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    *** People begin to talk about it.***&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marketers begin convincing people why they need it.  &lt;br /&gt;Consumers tell their stories.  Discussions take place.  Hype &lt;br /&gt;builds.  Sometimes controversy breaks out.  An education &lt;br /&gt;process unfolds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Through it all ... DEMAND increases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, here's where you come along.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You piggyback on the popularity of the latest big hit by &lt;br /&gt;creating a small report on the topic.  You get the benefit of &lt;br /&gt;other marketers creating hungry leads for your offer without &lt;br /&gt;them even knowing it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me give you an example -&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EXAMPLE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When John Reese released Traffic Secrets it was a huge success.  &lt;br /&gt;He sold over a million dollars worth of product in one twenty-four &lt;br /&gt;hour period. However, at a $997.00 asking price, it was out of reach &lt;br /&gt;for many consumers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What if YOU had decided to write a 15 page small report entitled, &lt;br /&gt;"Free Traffic Secrets" and offered it for $20 ... do you think &lt;br /&gt;you would have had any takers?  Of course!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why?  Because every marketer on the planet was talking about &lt;br /&gt;the need for web site traffic so they could build interest in &lt;br /&gt;John's course. They were creating hungry leads for your offer &lt;br /&gt;without them even knowing it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All of these marketers expertly and persuasively pointed out &lt;br /&gt;the necessity, benefits and usages of getting web site traffic.  &lt;br /&gt;They, in essence, would have created demand for the TOPIC of your &lt;br /&gt;small report.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Many of those that couldn't afford John's high-ticket product &lt;br /&gt;   would likely buy your small report because the end result of &lt;br /&gt;   getting site traffic was something they had been told repeatedly &lt;br /&gt;   they needed!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Many of those who could afford John's high-ticket product would &lt;br /&gt;   also likely buy your small report because of the same reason AND &lt;br /&gt;   they would like to know what you might offer differently than John.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you see how powerful this is?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even as I type this lesson out, I have received DOZENS of emails &lt;br /&gt;today announcing a new co-registration product that everyone's talking &lt;br /&gt;about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I could spend a few hours this evening writing a small report on &lt;br /&gt;the same topic and sell it like crazy tomorrow because of everything &lt;br /&gt;that's being said about the subject today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, what's the lesson for you to learn here -&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     **The surest way to create a hot-selling small report is to&lt;br /&gt;       pick a topic related to that which everyone is talking about.***&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You know, it doesn't matter what "market" you're in, chances are you see&lt;br /&gt;the same kinds of outbreaks that I see in "internet marketing" circles ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Major product launches&lt;br /&gt;* New technologies and tools&lt;br /&gt;* Fresh research &lt;br /&gt;* Innovative features and improvements&lt;br /&gt;* Ground-breaking news&lt;br /&gt;* Hot topics of discussion&lt;br /&gt;* Best-selling books&lt;br /&gt;* Interest-grabbing magazine articles&lt;br /&gt;* Emerging trends &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The list could go on and on, right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It shouldn't come as a big surprise that you need to monitor what's going &lt;br /&gt;on around you, specifically looking for the latest topic everyone's talking&lt;br /&gt;about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can do this by regularly browsing 4 trend and event "hot spots"...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Active Forums. Find at least one ACTIVE forum related to your market and &lt;br /&gt;regularly visit it to look for ideas. Keyword here is "active". The ideal &lt;br /&gt;forum will have a number of participants who regularly post messages.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. News Feeds. You can begin with Google.com's news center at http://news.google.com. &lt;br /&gt;You should also look for a news feed or site that is specific to your field &lt;br /&gt;of interest. For example: I regularly visit http://ChristianHeadlines.com to &lt;br /&gt;stay on top of events related to some of my Christian sites.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Article Directories. Spend a few minutes at your favorite article directory, &lt;br /&gt;focusing specifically on the NEWEST articles posted and the TOP RECENT articles &lt;br /&gt;read. I regularly check http://goarticles.com.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Competitor's Lists. You'll also want to "spy" on what your competition is doing &lt;br /&gt;by joining their lists. When a major competitor begins highlighting certain &lt;br /&gt;topics in their content (I.E. "articles") and / or releases or promotes a specific &lt;br /&gt;product, it's a good indication that you should pay attention.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All of these things allow you to capitalize on the current buzz!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Create small reports based on these buzz-worthy topics.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;.........................&lt;br /&gt;Jimmy D. If you &lt;br /&gt;could find ANY information on the topic you were interested in, &lt;br /&gt;you grabbed it.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) THE SYSTEMATIC AGE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As more and more people learned how to create and market &lt;br /&gt;information products online, a new era emerged:  the &lt;br /&gt;"systematic" era.  This was a time when huge information products &lt;br /&gt;were created with hundreds of pages.  The idea was to create &lt;br /&gt;comprehensive courses on a particular topic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) THE SEPARATION AGE.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As "internet marketing" and other business-related markets &lt;br /&gt;became inundated with product offerings, the birth and rapid &lt;br /&gt;growth of "niche marketing" occurred. It is impossible to be successful online without some form of marketing via email.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nothing else can boost your business like a good list and an understanding of how to use it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can *literally* send a mailing in the morning and earn several thousand dollars by the end of the day with email marketing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What I want to share with you in today’s lesson is how to increase your email marketing leads, sales and profits.  So, let's get at it...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--&gt; Develop an attention-grabbing subject line.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Russell Crowe would have never won an Academy Award for Gladiator if no one had watched the movie.  Britney Spears wouldn't have gone quadruple platinum with her latest CD if no one listened to her music.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And you ain't gonna earn a single penny in profits from your email marketing if folks don't read the message you send.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s one thing to send an email out to 50,000 prospects, it’s another thing to get any of them to read it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And whether or not you need to start writing your Oscar acceptance speech depends upon how well you craft the "subject" line of your email promotion message.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are three keys to writing subject lines that are so compelling that the recipient is practically forced to click and open your email.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Personal. There is something both attention-grabbing and exciting about seeing your name in the subject line of an email.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For one thing, we just love to see our own names.  Nothing grabs our attention quicker than something that is specifically about us or for us. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And, for another, personalization *typically* means it isn't SPAM.  While some spammers do have access to databases with our names, for the most part their lists are built by harvesting emails.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, when we see our name in the subject line, we immediately are drawn to it...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Jimmy, here is the information you requested"&lt;br /&gt;"Jimmy, I'd like to give you a free copy"&lt;br /&gt;"Jimmy, did you forget about this?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Almost every good autoresponder or email distribution system will have a “personalization” feature that will allow you to automatically insert your prospect’s name into your email messages when sending your mailings.  It works like this…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A. Person joins your list through a subscription form, which captures their name and email address.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B. You insert a predetermined code (like  ) that your autoresponder or mailing system provides you, into the email message.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;C. The system automatically converts that tag  into the actual recipient's name before delivering the email.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Voila – you’ve got personalized emails.  You can generally use these personalization features in both your SUBJECT line of the email and the BODY of the actual email message itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;An additional attention-grabbing feature to the 'ol subject line is to TARGET your audience.   Of course, you will *always* want to send your emails to a targeted audience.  I.E. Don't send your Wrestling email to a homemakers' list. :o)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example:  I recently sent a mailing out to a smaller list I have of folks who are interested in reprint rights to products.  I had made reprint rights available to my new product, and I wanted to let them know about the licenses.  Here are some sample subject lines that I might have used…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“New reprint rights released today…”&lt;br /&gt;“Reprint rights are available…”&lt;br /&gt;“Sell this new product and keep every penny” &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may receive 500 emails a day, but if you are interested in reprint rights (and you would be, or you wouldn't be on that list) then this particular subject line is going to stand out when you download your emails.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you combine personalization AND targeted audience, then you have a very compelling subject line...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Jimmy, new reprint rights released today..."&lt;br /&gt;"Jimmy, reprint rights are available..."&lt;br /&gt;"Jimmy, sell this new product and keep every penny"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That's an email I'll read every time. :o)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Powerful. Another key to writing an email subject line that entices the reader to take a look at your message is to use "power words."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A "power word" is a word that appeals to the senses.  It's been shown over and over that we do not buy based on logic, but rather on emotion.  Email marketing works on that same premise. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few "power words" include:  Free, New, Exclusive, Amazing, Fast, Results, Guaranteed, Unlimited, Step-by-Step, Overnight, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Etc. means "and so on."  Don't put "etc." in your subject line. That's not a power word. :o)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Power words" are strong motivators for reading further.  Why?  Because they trigger our emotions.  They create curiosity.  They are compelling. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, use them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--- Sidebar --- &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since I've mentioned something you SHOULD include in your subject line, let me also mention something that you SHOULD NOT use.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avoid two things like you avoid an angry rattlesnake... hype and in-your-face symbols. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't make outlandish claims like "Earn $50,000 overnight."  If it isn't believable, then folks will simply delete your email without ever reading it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And for goodness sake, don't use "in-your-face" symbols!!!!!!! No one reads *****URGENT******* or (((((Read Now))))) or &lt;br /&gt;@@@Newsflash@@@&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kind of gets the same response as that obnoxious alarm clock at five in the morning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In other words, it's a turn off! :o)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;--- End of Sidebar --- &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another “type” of power words is a DEADLINE:  24 hours only, next 3 days, only 5 will be accepted, the first 10, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Power words, especially the word “FREE” are particularly effective in getting people to read your email.  Combine a power word with a deadline and you’ve got a winner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Promising.  The third key is to present a desirable result.  Your subject line must make a promise.  It must inform the reader, in that split-second that they view it, that there is something that awaits them if they read your email. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And that something must be desirable.  It must be something that the reader does not want to miss out on.  It must appeal to the emotions and pull the reader to the edge of their seat like they were waiting for the climax of a really good movie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your subject line should create expectation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Understand this:  folks don't buy products because they want your product... they buy products because they want the result of your product.  We buy exercise equipment because we want to look good. We buy candy bars because we like the taste.  And we visit the dentist because we ate too many candy bars. :o)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We revolve around results.  We work because we want the paycheck.  We drive our vehicles because we want to get somewhere.  We play golf because we enjoy it.  We are a results-driven society.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By creating an email subject line that promises results you create expectation.  Look at the difference between these two subject lines...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Free 7-day eCourse released today..."&lt;br /&gt;"Free 7-day eCourse you can obtain in 5 minutes..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Both have a power word.  Both are fairly interesting. But…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;…which one creates expectation?  The second one makes a promise... I can have it in 5 minutes!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is one of the biggest keys in email marketing, and yet is often overlooked. It amazes me how many ezine publishers, for example, have this subject line...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Bob's Newsletter, Issue 212"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whew, hold me back. Let’s say your niche is on internet marketing. You type “Internet Marketing” in the search box and click go. After you got the lists of relevant websites, just click on one of it. Now look for :&lt;br /&gt;1)The title and purpose of the website? How ATTRACTIVE is it?&lt;br /&gt;2)The length and types of contents that the site got. How creative and informative is it?&lt;br /&gt;3)Is the contents are up-to-date?&lt;br /&gt;4)How many sub links and articles the site is displaying at one go? Visit the links to get more information.&lt;br /&gt;5)The way the headlines and titles are written. Analyze the COLOUR  and attention grabbing KEYWORDS. Write it down.&lt;br /&gt;6)If there’s a comment or chat box, check for the numbers of respondents.(This is one of the way to measure the popularity of the website)&lt;br /&gt;7)Take note of any other attractive or interesting contents of the site.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You have done your homework. Now what?&lt;br /&gt;Just copy the MODEL. Start your own or edit your website. Modify it according to your simple survey. If you want to make an easy to use website for FREE, just start it with &lt;a href="http://blogger.com"&gt;Blogger&lt;/a&gt; Before you launch your site, try to design a simple but creative logo(icon) for it. Use Microsoft Paint to create an EASY one. People just have to write their name, email , reason  and how much money do they want. The site will promote itself. Although the website does not guarantee any financial help ,it’s really popular.
